You will check-in at the front desk of the Grand Summit Hotel for your stay in unit 539 or 541. The Grand Summit Hotel will require a credit card for your incidentals, so you can charge anything on The Canyons resort property. As agreed upon, all maid fees will be paid by me. Housekeeping will service the unit everyday. They do dishes, beds, bathrooms, vacuum and do a nice job at cleaning the unit. You can use the privacy/service door sign for your convenience. If you need any linen's, robe's, humidifier's etc. just call housekeeping.

Check-in time is 5 p.m. and check-out 11:00 a.m. I have no control over this process. The Grand Summit manages the on site operations and only they can grant early access or late accomodations. Please do not harass them as they are just trying to accomodate the next guest just like you hope they are ready for you. If I happen to have open days on either side of your stay I may be in position to offer you some accomodations at a reduced price.

The Grand Summit Bell Desk will help you with all your luggage if you are early or need to check out. The Spa has lockers, showers and is available for facilitating your days activities.
