Referral Policy: All referrals that result in a successful booking will earn a 10% credit towards your next rental or $100.00 in cash. Repeat renters (those who have stayed 5 or more nights) who book more than 90 days in advance will receive 10% discount on future rentals of 6 days or more. Discounts are not available for Christmas, New Year's, Sundance, Presidents week and the last 2 weeks of March.
